I am 40 years old and was a farmer in northern Syria. I had a combine which I loved using to harvest the wheat. After the fighting started in our area, fuel and food became very expensive and were hard to find. I lost much of my harvest this year.
I had to provide for my family so we came to Kurdistan as refugees hoping to make a new life. Today we live in the refugee camps and look for a better tomorrow.
