Staying true to our mission to empower the local church to transform their nation, World Compassion partnered with a local pastor in Myanmar years ago to help them start an orphanage. Today this property is home to 53 children rescued from poverty, starvation, forced child labor, and predators like human traffickers.

Because every child deserves a childhod

When you support this orphanage you are providing full, 24/7 care for a child in a Christ-centered family environment. Together, we are raising these children in a life-giving, Christ-honoring environment that will put them on a course to fulfill their God-given purpose in life.
